How it’s made.

Extensive artistic and skilled manufacturing technics are utilized to produce these artworks.

Several materials are used to form skeleton and the structure of the piece. Hand carved and engraved on clay to shape.

Final touched are performed and prepared to make a soft rubbery mold to cast a bonded metals and reinforcements to

extended durability.

The initial molded replica is finished with several desirable patinas to look alive, and finally layered with protective

durable lacquer.

First step is to draw image of the art piece on a plywood, enlarged to the intended final size.

Next layers of cardboard are added to make the skeleton of the figure.

Clay is used to form the shape.

More clay added to form the rest of the artwork.

Completed artwork ready for the next stage of casting of rubbery mold.

A layer of polyurethane rubber covers the entire surface of the clay finished artwork.

Backed up with more layers of polyurethane to form a flexible rubbery shell on the entire surface of the clay artwork.

Rigid polyurethane is backed up on top of rubber urethane to form the final mold.

Bonded materials are molded in the cavity to get a replica of the artwork, be finished to the desired color or shade afterwards.

Metal bonded cast artwork is produced and finished by several layers from patina to brilliant metal luster and protective long lasting lacquers.
